PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• To ensure the well-being of everyone, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you or your child are feeling unwell.

• A non-refundable service fee is required for all bookings. This fee is separate from the cost of the service and does not apply toward the total service price. The fee amount varies based on the selected service

• The remaining balance is due in full at the time of your appointment.

• Only the client receiving the service will be permitted in the service area. Guests are not allowed to accompany the client during the appointment.

• Children receiving services must be dropped off—no exceptions. Parents or guardians may wait in their vehicle or opt for a drop-off.

  If dropping off, you will be contacted before the service is completed.

• Hair is included with most services. If you choose to provide your own hair, a discount will not be applied.

• The service booked is the service that will be provided. Style changes are not permitted after booking.

• Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.

• Please make sure that your child is able to sit for their appointment before booking.

• Duration times are estimates.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Appointments that need to be rescheduled must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Service fees will not be transferred for no show.

• NO REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied, please address that before leaving your appointment.

• Policy

• When booking, you agree to photos/videos being taken and posted for promotional purposes. Face covering is optional.

• I have the right to decline services.

• Location will be given the day prior to your appointment.

• All messages sent after 5PM will be responded to the following business day.

• I will not respond to messages or calls during any appointments to ensure that the client I am servicing is finished within a reasonable time. My main and only focus is the child/client.

**Appointments will not be booked if service fee is not paid.**
